Who we are
This website is run by ScoutAIr ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal data you share through it. For any question about this policy or your data, email tomhefetz@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you book a demo, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, your club, your position at the club, your work email and, if you choose, the playing position you're recruiting for. We also record the page you sent the form from and, if you arrived through one of our links, the campaign it belonged to.
If you email us, we keep your message and your contact details.
We don't ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as health data.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and arrange your demo.
- To prepare the demo around the position you name.
- To follow up on the demo, unless you tell us not to.
We use your data because you asked us to contact you, and because we have a legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only with the service providers that help us run this website and our email, such as our hosting provider. They may use your data only on our instructions. We disclose data to others only where the law requires it.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the law requires, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as we need it to handle the demo and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Then we delete it.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Its fonts, images and film are served from this website itself, not from third parties. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the service secure and working.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the personal data we hold about you;
- correct it;
- delete it;
- stop or limit using it, or object to how we use it;
- give you a copy in a portable format.
